Group Sales

GTC can be your group’s perfect destination for Real. Live. Fun.

You can save off single ticket prices. It only takes 20 theatergoers to qualify for GTC's group discounts – and if you think you’re close to 20 – drop us a line – we’ll make you a deal. For more information call 818.238.9998 or email the Group Sales office.

And you can enjoy these other group benefits:

  • Great Savings – $2.00 off each ticket for Groups of 20 to 49. $5.00 of each ticket for groups of 50 or more. Or reserve the entire performance and have the theater to yourselves – this also includes a pre or post show discussion lead by GTC’s Artistic Director Kevin Cochran and GTC artists. Call for details.
  • Free Tickets – The Group leader receives one complimentary ticket for every 20 paid tickets.
  • Preferred Seating Location
  • Extra Ticket Protection – no obligation to buy. We will hold 15% more than your ticket order up to 5 days prior to your event date. These seats will be with your group but you have no obligation to buy them. Great for those last minute people who decide to join your event.
  • Easy Ticket Reservations by Phone or Mail
  • No lines to wait in and you do not have to deal with the tickets if you don’t want to – After final payment is received, the tickets can be mailed to the group leader or you can meet a GTC host at the theater prior to the performance or you can just have each member of the group show ID at the ticket office window – you decide what works best for your group.
  • Extras – Including show information, promotional materials, graphics for your flyers and help in planning the entire evening.
  • Payment is easy – 50% down to hold reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to performance.

Directions

GTC Burbank is located in the center of Burbank half way between NBC Studios and Downtown Burbank. We are one block north of W. Olive Avenue and one block west of Victory Boulevard in the beautiful George Izay Park. (This is the park that has the big blue and white fighter jet plane out front). GTC Burbank is a white building (with stone walls and blue trim) behind the Olive Recreation Center near the softball fields.

Parking

There is plenty of street parking on both sides of Olive Avenue as well as on Clark Avenue. There are also two parking lots, one nearest the theater off Clark and one behind the softball fields off Clark (just past the theater). Parking is never a problem in this nice safe neighborhood and security patrolled park area.

Ticket Policies & Other Cool Info

Late Seating: To cause the least disruption, GTC patrons who have not entered the theater when the performance begins will be asked to wait for an appropriate break in the action. Sometimes the first break is not until the intermission.

Lost Tickets: Subscribers who misplace their tickets may arrange duplicates through GTC Ticket Services at no charge. Simply call 818.238.9998 or email losttickets@gtc.org and bring your photo I.D. to the ticket office on the night of the show.

Ticket Exchange: Only GTC Subscribers may exchange their season tickets for another performance of the same play at anytime prior to the performance. Subscribers can also "waitlist" for a show if they missed the performance and did not call prior to the scheduled performance. You can email your exchange request to the GTC Ticket Office.

Young Children and Babies: Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket, sit in a seat and be able to sit quietly throughout the entire performance. We do not permit children under the age of six to attend GTC performances that are not specifically designed for young children. Most plays are not appropriate for children under the age of 14 depending on the child’s experience with theater.

Disabled Patrons: Special seating arrangements can be made in advance by calling Ticket Services.

Cellular Phones, Beepers and Watch Alarms: As a courtesy to all patrons, please turn these units to non-audible or off before the performance begins. Please do not answer cellular phones in the auditorium (Can you believe we have to say that?)

Performers' Guests: Friends of the performers should remain in the lobby and inform the House Manager that they wish to visit with the actors. Insurance provisions prohibit unescorted guests backstage. If you would like a tour – we love to give them – just ask.

Volunteers Needed: Lend your support to GTC in the areas of fund raising, office assistance, hospitality and ushering. Call 818.238.9998 or email volunteers@gtc.org

Speakers Bureau: Representatives of GTC are available to talk to your group, free of charge, about professional theatre. Call 818.238.9998 or email speakers@gtc.org
